How do I place an order at Soft Kitchen?
All Soft Kitchen products are made fresh by pre-order. You can order up to 1 day before, by 3 PM WITA, to secure your slot.
Do you deliver outside South Kalimantan?
We currently deliver within Banjarmasin and nearby areas only.
Can I customize my pudding or add a greeting card?
Yes! Soft Kitchen offers custom greeting cards, chocolate writing, and personalized messages to make your order more special.
How do you ensure product freshness?
Every pudding is made fresh right after the order is placed. No old stock is ever reused. We also use premium, halal, and safe ingredients.
What if I receive a damaged order?
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, contact us immediately. We will assist you with a replacement based on our policy.
Can I schedule my delivery in advance?
Yes! You can choose your preferred delivery day when placing an order.
On special occasions like Ramadhan/Christmas/New Year’s/etc, do you provide a certain campaign?
Yes, we usually offer special menus, hampers, and beautifully decorated packaging for occasions like Ramadhan, Christmas, New year, etc.
